Terms & Conditions

We offer monthly plans: Starter Partner at ₹5,999 per month and Growth Partner at ₹9,999 per month. Before work begins, we confirm in writing (WhatsApp or email) exactly what your plan includes. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately.

• Plan fees are paid in advance at the start of each monthly cycle.
• Work for a month starts once that month's payment is received.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are added as per Indian law.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is cleared.

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or other advertising budgets — these are paid by you directly to the platform.
• Domains, hosting, paid software, plugins and other third-party subscriptions.
• Professional photo or video shoots.
• Large new websites, apps or custom software projects.

• Share accurate information, content and timely approvals.
• Provide access to the accounts needed for the agreed work.
• Make sure any content, logos or images you give us are yours to use.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you advertise on.

We work hard to grow your business, but results such as sales, leads, followers or rankings depend on many things outside our control, including your market, product, pricing and the platforms themselves. We do not guarantee specific results.

Once paid for, the websites, designs and content we create for you belong to you. Third-party tools, themes and our own reusable code or templates stay with their owners, and you get the right to use them for your business.

We keep your business information and account access private and use them only for your work.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms (such as account bans, outages or policy changes), or for indirect losses like lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue occurred.

Either side can end the plan as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, will be handled by the courts of Gujarat, India.
